Wait? He Did What Now?

He Did What Now? is a blog (+ future podcast!)  started by Kennedy Brady in honor of my teammates Anna, Katie, Tessa, Colson, Kyleigh, and Morgan, and our mentor, the late Dr. William Boyd Smith. Dr. Boyd and this team were the first people to see, hear, and experience this idea... and the first people to encourage Kennedy to pursue it.

 

During Kennedy's senior year at Belmont University, she was sitting in a class called "Influencing Culture as a Christian in the Entertainment Industry" when her professor made a statement she will never forget: "Wherever you cut the Word of God, it will bleed the blood of Jesus." The idea is simply that the Bible is so divinely inspired and connected, that through any and every story, one can be led back to the One who was there in the beginning. The goal of this blog (and eventually a new podcast!) is to cut open the Word story-by-story and verse-by-verse, revealing the blood of Jesus throughout. Together, Kennedy and readers will explore a deeper meaning of honest faith.

Most importantly, we will be in the presence of Jesus and in the light of God's redemption plan. He Did What Now? shares how Jesus can enter reckless, hopeless situations and work everything out for the glory of God... in such striking ways that it will leave you asking, "He did what now?"
